• Assist members in placing their wait-list requests for a resort that is currently unavailable.  
• Solve member concerns for first call resolution, ultimately avoiding escalation. 
• Offer members alternative vacation options if their first choice is unavailable. 

Requirements:

• Must be able to read, write, and speak (English & Spanish)
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must have your own equipment (compatible laptop, usb headset, internet modem)
• Must have outstanding problem-solving skills. 
• Must display patience, empathy, an ability to manage stress & the ability to work under pressure. 
• Must be skilled and efficient in writing and verbal communication. 
• Must provide knowledgeable, friendly and eloquent customer service.

•  Inbound phone and video customer service/technical support. 
• Handle technical support questions via phone, with video capability. 
• Occasional chat.

       o With transportation to and from appointments. 

       o In resolving issues with previous appointments.  

       o With a transportation recovery where a scheduled trip has failed.

•  Maintain top sales performance by showcasing expert sales technique and overcoming customer objections.  
•  Possible outbound calls to client designated internal support departments, client customer for status and clarification purposes.
